The characteristics of the aluminum machine head: the overall weight of the machine head is light, and the design volume of the machine head is small. Small space occupation, one-piece cylinder design, double cylinders side by side, symmetrical crankshaft design, during operation, when one piston runs to the top dead center, the other piston runs to the bottom dead center. Symmetrical operation, so that the internal pressure of the crankcase is designed to be small. The body is made of aluminum box, and the heat dissipation is good during the operation of the machine. The temperature of the lubricating oil is low, so that the lubricity of each part during the whole machine operation is good. The cylinder head adopts enlarged heat sink, and the exhaust port is equipped with an aluminum intercooler, so that the exhaust temperature is low during operation. The oil discharge position adopts an extended nozzle, which is convenient for users to discharge oil. The 2080 and 2090 valve plates use a single valve plate, and the valve plate and the valve plate are directly assembled together, so that the valve plate will not be misplaced, and there will be no gas leakage.
