1. Crankcase components:
There are side covers and oil level observation windows on both sides of the crankcase for disassembly and inspection. The front section is equipped with a bearing seat and front bearing cover at the power coupling end. The fan bracket on the upper part of the rear bearing cover supports the fan components: the upper part is cast with two cylinders to support a total of four cylinders, equipped with a respirator. The bottom of the crankcase is equipped with an oil pan, which contains specialized compressor oil.
2. Crankshaft, connecting rod and components
The crankshaft is equipped with connecting rods, and both ends of the crankshaft are equipped with rolling bearings. The large end flywheel of the crankshaft is connected by an elastic coupling. The small end near the bearing is equipped with a pulley to drive the cooling fan to rotate. The lubrication of the crankshaft is achieved by splashing the oil rod of the connecting rod onto components such as the crankshaft and piston pin.
3. Piston parts:
Divided into first, second, third, fourth, and fifth stage piston parts. The second and third stages of the piston are made of cast aluminum alloy, while the fourth and fifth stages are made of steel. 1、 The secondary piston is equipped with a piston ring. The upper part is a flat ring, the middle part is a torsion ring, and the lower part is an oil ring. 2、 7 flat rings for third grade, and 9 flat rings for fourth and fifth grade.
4. Cylinder components:
It is divided into one, two, three, four, and five cylinder sections. 1、 The second, third, fourth, and fifth stage cylinders are all cast with cooling warps on the surface of the cylinder head to increase the heat dissipation area. The cylinder head is equipped with intake and exhaust valve components, intake and exhaust pressure cylinders, and intake and exhaust pressure covers.
6. Cooler and fan components:
It is divided into two parts: the first, second, third, and fourth coolers and cooling fans. It is connected between the intake and exhaust ports of the first, second, third, and fourth stages of the compressor. Installed on the base with feet, the upper part of the cooler is equipped with a safety valve, the lower part is equipped with a drainage valve, the guide cover and protective cover are installed at the end of the crankcase, the air cooling fan is installed in the middle, and a fan bracket is installed on the fan component on the crankcase. The crankshaft pulley at the end of the crankcase drives the fan to rotate through a triangular belt.
