Talk about the preparation work before starting the screw air compressor

Preparations before starting the screw air compressor:
(1) It is necessary to check whether the mechanical parts and pipelines of the screw air compressor are reliably connected. If there is any looseness, it should be dealt with in time.
(2) It is necessary to check the oil level of the screw air compressor. Generally, the oil level on the oil sight glass must be visible when the machine with less than 15kW stops, and the oil level on the oil sight glass must be visible when the machine with more than 18kW is running. If you can't see it, you need to replenish the screw lubricating oil in an appropriate amount to avoid high temperature (reminder: do not add too much lubricating oil to avoid excessive oil level and oil injection).
(3) There will be a red number on the split-type main/motor. Before turning on the machine, you need to turn it for a few times in the specified direction by hand to ensure that it can rotate flexibly.
(4) Check whether the electrical of the screw air compressor meets the requirements of the safety regulations, and only after confirming the safety can the power supply of the unit be turned on.
(5) Check whether the parameter settings of all screw air compressors are correct, especially the frequency converter settings of the frequency conversion unit.
(6) Each Deman screw air compressor is equipped with transportation fixing screws. Generally, a machine will fix 2, 4 or 8 screws. There will be a yellow mark next to each screw. All screws must be fixed before starting the machine. Remove the shipping fixing screws.
(7) The documents and materials related to the screw air compressor must be properly kept to prevent loss.
