1) Before operating the air compressor, the following issues should be noted:
1. Keep the lubricating oil in the oil pool within the scale range. Before operating the air compressor, check that the oil level in the oil injector should not be lower than the mark value.
2. Check whether all moving parts are flexible, whether all connecting parts are tight, whether the lubrication system is normal, and whether the motor and electrical control equipment are safe and reliable.
3. Before operating the air compressor, check whether the protective devices and safety accessories are intact and complete.
4. Check if the exhaust pipeline is unobstructed.
5. Connect the water source and open each inlet valve to ensure smooth cooling water flow.
2) When operating the air compressor, it should be noted that after long-term shutdown, before starting for the first time, the engine must be turned for inspection to see if there are any impacts, jamming, or abnormal noises.
3) The machinery must be started without load, and after the no-load operation is normal, the air compressor can gradually be put into load operation.
4) During the operation of the air compressor, after normal operation, it is necessary to regularly pay attention to various instrument readings and adjust them at any time.
5) During the operation of the air compressor, the following conditions should also be checked:
1. Check whether the motor temperature is normal and whether the readings of each electricity meter are within the specified range.
2. Check if the running sound of each component is normal.
3. Check whether the suction valve cover is hot and whether the sound of the valve is normal.
4. Is the safety protection equipment of the air compressor reliable.
6) After operating the air compressor for 2 hours, it is necessary to discharge the oil and water in the oil-water separator, intercooler, and aftercooler once, and the oil and water in the air storage barrel once per shift.
7) When the following situations are found during the operation of the air compressor, it should be stopped immediately, the cause should be identified, and the problem should be eliminated.
1. The lubricating oil or cooling water is ultimately cut off.
2. Sudden increase or decrease in water temperature.
3. The exhaust pressure suddenly increases and the safety valve malfunctions.
